What this site is

STEM GIRLS Week is a decentralized festival. This site gathers information about events for girls and women in science, technology, engineering and math, organized independently by people and organizations in the community.

Events organized by third parties

• Each event is the responsibility of its organizer: content, venue, schedule, safety, registration, prices and refunds.
• Registration and, where applicable, payment for each event are handled directly with its organizer, outside this site.
• We review events before publishing them, but we do not guarantee that the information shared with us is accurate or that the event will take place as announced.

Hosts and organizations

Anyone who publishes an event confirms that the information is true, that they have the permissions needed to hold it and that they will follow the code of conduct. We may remove from the agenda any event that does not comply.

Brand and content

The STEM GIRLS Week name, logo and graphic elements may only be used to promote events that are part of the official agenda, following the guidelines we share with hosts. Logos of participating organizations belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.

Personal data

The handling of your data is governed by our privacy notice.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, STEM GIRLS Week is not liable for damages arising from attending events organized by third parties or for temporary site outages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page.
